Adah Sheriff serves as the founder and Chief Executive Officer of Adah’s Beauty, an establishment established in 1999. Sheriff possesses a diverse skill set, excelling as a Professional Stylist, Fashion Designer/Seamstress, and a Certified Wedding and Events Planner. In addition to Adah’s Beauty, she is the owner of Ada’s Perfect Creations and Beauty. With a career spanning over four decades, Ada began her journey in hair braiding, weaving, and styling, culminating in over 27 years of experience in Wedding and Event Planning. The name “Adah’s Beauty” was inspired by Adah’s expertise in hair styling, design, and beauty. Ada attentively caters to her clients’ requirements, collaborating with them as a cohesive team to realize their desired aesthetic and preferences. Remarkably, some of her longstanding clients have been by her side since her arrival in the United States, now regarded as part of her extended family. Her profound dedication to her craft has enabled her to cultivate a loyal clientele base since 1999, distinguishing her significantly within her field.

Adah possesses remarkable talent and creativity, skillfully braiding, weaving, and styling her own  hair, while also designing and crafting her own dresses. Every image featuring her and her clients with diverse hairstyles is a testament to her artistry. Originally hailing from Sierra Leone, West Africa, she embarked on her career at a young age, learning the techniques of hair braiding and weaving by observing family members and other mentors. At 15, her mother opened a Hair Salon, Beauty Supply, and Boutique, which Adah managed following her high school graduation. Through this experience, she honed her skills, self-taught cosmetology techniques in hair styling, and eventually obtained certification. Subsequently, she established the first Black-owned Beauty Supply, Salon, and Boutique in irving and Little Elm, TX, marking a significant milestone in her journey. She also balances her roles as a devoted wife and proud mother.
