Adah Sheriff is the visionary founder and Chief Executive Officer of Adah’s Beauty Creations, which has been in operation since 1999. She boasts a versatile skill set, shining as an Author, Professional Stylist, Fashion Designer/Seamstress, and Certified Wedding and Events Planner. In addition to her main venture, she also owns Ada’s Perfect Creations and Beauty. With a remarkable career that spans over four decades, Adah’s journey began with hair braiding, weaving, and styling, leading to more than 27 years of expertise in Wedding and Event Planning. The name “Adah’s Beauty” reflects her deep knowledge of hair styling, design, and beauty.

Adah is attentive to her clients’ needs, working closely with them to achieve their desired aesthetics and preferences. Many of her long-term clients have been with her since she first arrived in the United States, forming bonds that feel more like family. Her unwavering commitment to her craft has allowed her to build a loyal clientele since 1999, setting her apart in the industry.

Possessing exceptional talent and creativity, Adah expertly braids, weaves, and styles her own hair while also designing and creating her own dresses. Each photo featuring her and her clients showcases her artistic flair and diverse hairstyles. Originally from Sierra Leone, West Africa, she began her career at a young age, learning hair braiding and weaving techniques by watching family members and mentors. At 15, her mother opened a Hair Salon, Beauty Supply, and Boutique, which Adah managed after graduating high school. This experience allowed her to refine her skills, self-teach cosmetology techniques in hair styling, and ultimately earn her certification.

Notably, she established the first Black-owned Beauty Supply, Salon, and Boutique in Irving and Little Elm, TX, marking a significant achievement in her journey. Alongside her professional endeavors, she also embraces her roles as a devoted wife and proud mother.
